Jay has long been a valued member of the old-time and bluegrass community jams in the Lehigh Valley and beyond. Skilled on multiple instruments, Jay will teach both mandolin and guitar for this year's Festival and help workshop participants fit their skills on these instruments into old-time tunes and songs.
