Norm plays dulcimer, guitar and banjo and performs with the Dulcimer Boys. He often joins Tom and Betty Druckenmiller in performance, including for "Brightest and Best," their annual Winter show at Godfrey Daniels, and their "Porch Visit" in June most years.

He has taught dulcimer and banjo at many festivals including the Augusta Heritage Workshops in Elkins WV, French Creek and the Ashoken Autoharps and Dulcimers, 1 and 2.

 

Norm is a founder of the Pocono Dulcimer Club, The Pocono Dulcimer Festival and the Maidencreek Old-Time Music Festival.
